The Woman’s Art Club of Cincinnati Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization.
Created by the Woman’s Art Club of Cincinnati in 2007, the Foundation purchased, renovated, and repurposed the former Resthaven Dairy Barn as a cultural arts center — The Woman’s Art Club Cultural Center, perhaps better know as The Barn.

The Foundation, through the offices of an executive director, maintains and operates the Barn and raises funds for its continuing development. Over the years we have celebrated the conversion of the original hayloft to a flexible space for classes, workshops, movies, and performances and the addition of an elevator which makes every part of the Barn accessible. Most recently we have completed phase 1 of the historic restoration of the Barn’s exterior.
Efforts to raise the funds for this have included a Give-A-Shingle campaign and generous personal donations and grants from the Thomas J. Emery Memorial Foundation and the Helen G., Henry F., and Louise Tuechter Dornette Foundation.
