The Barn, located in Mariemont, Ohio is an absolute treasure, with a great mission of sharing the arts with all. Run by the Woman’s Art Club of Cincinnati Foundation, this place has been lovingly and beautifully restored. We welcome people daily to enjoy, learn and participate in the arts through classes, exhibits and events ranging from smaller parties to weddings.

We are looking to build a team of creative, kind, fun and talented professionals who love the idea of applying their professional knowledge and skills in a flexible, family-friendly position with a lot of room for growth.

Position Type: Part-time, hourly position. Approximately 15-20 hours per week, largely between 9am-3pm, Tuesday – Friday, but we can be flexible. Very occasionally, there may be a need for weekend hours, but that will be very infrequent.

Reports To: The Executive Director

Education/Experience:  College degree preferred along with 2-5+ years in a marketing position. Excellent organization, technology and interpersonal skills are a must. We are seeking candidates who have worked as marketing professionals and are seeking a more balanced, flexible, part-time opportunity to share their talents with a great organization, in a beautiful setting with other fun, like-minded professionals. We are seeking candidates who love marketing and customer service (including the technology that goes with it) as well as the arts, creative endeavors, and keeping operations on track. This position has all sorts of room for growth! The right candidate could quickly move into a higher-level role of their choice as we build our core staff for the future.

Key Responsibilities:  The Marketing & Operations Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining warm relationships with our constituents, while maintaining the day-to-day operations that support the programs and events they enjoy. We welcome your interesting marketing ideas, your established knowledge of online marketing and technology, including Google Suite, social media and other customer-based applications such as CRM programs. The ideal candidate has enough technological experience to quickly understand/learn new programs. You will be working closely with the director to manage the processes that support these key needs.
