Soul Process Art is an expression of creative discovery. It is loved by artist and non-artist, alike. A non-artist discovers talent within an abstract method that does not intimidate. It provides an environment perfect for discovering the creative artistic within you.

For a mature artist it provides a fresh new exercise in which to create and expand with in a mixed abstract media. It expands your imagination, and explodes creative ideas for new projects, subjects and creative art desires.

I found several years ago my students were arriving stressed and disconnected, I began opening each class with meditation. “True Power is found in the ease of our creative Expression.”   Finding our ease in the beginning of class brings us to a place of ease to create.
