Mosaic Yard Art with Anne Huddleston

Class fees include all supplies except a smooth, clean stone with a surface area of approximately 5-7” brought by student (see below)

Each student will create three unique yard art decorations while learning the basics of stained glass mosaic on a variety of surfaces. You will complete a mosaic bird, birdhouse and a rock for your garden using a variety of stained glass, recycled glass, millefiori and ball chain.

Basic mosaic cutting and gluing techniques are covered as well as color/texture selection, grouting and prepping for outside durability.

All supplies are included except each student needs to bring a smooth, clean stone with a surface area of approximately 5-7” for the first class. It can be a flat or rounded stone with a relatively flatish open space to add a heart, flower, dragonfly, etc.
